Need help with your account, learning data, voice conversation, or Tako Talk Plus?
Email support@maepace.com. Please include your app version and a short description, but do not send passwords, sign-in tokens, or private conversation content.
Delete your account
Open Tako Talk, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account, and confirm with your sign-in provider. This deletes the Firebase account and synchronized learning data. App Store subscriptions must be cancelled separately in Apple’s subscription settings.
Privacy and analytics
Optional usage analytics can be turned on or off at any time in Settings → Data & Privacy. The choice does not affect app features.
Journey video and speaking practice
YouTube examples load only after you press Play and require a network connection. If a clip is unavailable, continue the lesson and try it again later. The app does not download or cache YouTube media.
Speaking practice requests Microphone access only after you tap Record. A practice recording stays temporarily on your device for immediate comparison and is discarded when you leave or background the lesson. If permission was denied, enable Microphone access for Tako Talk in iOS Settings.
